It has been a year since my last post, so much has happened. I am now the mother of two wonderful kids! Abi is 2 1/2 and baby Quincy is almost 3 months. Life is starting to settle down and I am adjusting to my new normal. The shop is busy and wedding season is in full swing. So far the weddings have been fun, but always a lot of work to juggle the shop and the weddings...and everything else. But it works somehow.

Every March I take part in Bouquets to Art and this year I selected to be in the Tower Lobby where the wonderful and amazing works of Ruth Asawa are on display. I love this room.

Art Fair Sunday May 27th!

2wice a year we have an art fair here @ Alena Jean in Half Moon Bay, benefitting a local non profit. It is always a fun time with great crafts people, complimentary snacks and fun music. Companions in Waiting will be joining us this time with some of there wonderful furry friend that need new forever homes. This should be an exciting, fun day downtown in HMB. Hope to see you there.

Bouquets to Art 2012

This is the 5th year that I have participated in Bouquets to Art at the De Young Museum. The show will run from Tuesday 12th until Saturday Saturday 17th.

150 Florist interpret famous works of art using flowers. This is one of the largest fundraising events of the year for the museum. Go check it out!
